Happy Anniversary, My Love

Happy 15th Anniversary, my Darling.

That picture doesn't seem so long ago. Back when I was a candy striper and you were a crazy boy in love with me, sitting together on a chair at Grandma's house. Nice sweater, by the way.
Two rings, three children, and a lifetime later, I'm as in love with you as the day I met you. You are a good man. Strong and true. Bringing to me peace and quiet comfort when my world was rocked with sadness. Loving me back to life. Patient and kind, a loving father and the best husband a girl could have.
I love you.

This is only the beginning...

The most amazing Sockapalooza package arrived on my doorstep this Thursday -- from you! Thank you so much for the beautiful socks and the extra special treats you included. I was seriously blown away. I'm going to blog about it today, but just wanted to drop a special thank you here as well. I feel so lucky to have had you as a sock pal! BTW - Mr. Hipp and I were also married on July 25th...how weird is that? Happy anniversary!

How funny that we were there that close in time. It would have been fun to have run into you. My friend from Vancouver came down and we took her to Bandon and of course had to stop. I really like that shop. I found some stuff I want but didn't purchase anything. Zeb did buy me the new Cat Bordhi book though. He was in the middle of talking to me about another book he was looking at and I saw it and was like hold on for a second. He was sure I had gone crazy. It was like I had just found gold. I really didn't expect to find it on the Oregon Coast. :)
